Over Yonder Cay

Our private deep water marina can dock multiple yachts up to a maximum of 200ft (61m) in length with 11ft (3.3m) draft. The marina and clubhouse are available solely for the island's guests. We have both floating and fixed docks that can provide sheltered berths for our entire fleet.

The Beach Club is the perfect place to gather for lunch, sip sundowners by the dip-pool or simply lounge under the shade of the palms and relax. In the evening it's a great party venue equipped with surround-sound speaker system, DJ station, solid dance floor, bar and beach frontage.

The Watersports cabana is on the beach in front of the Beach Club and hosts an impressive collection of wind and water sports toys.

During the creation of Over Yonder Cay and its grounds and gardens, we took great care to preserve and support the island's native species. You can walk or cycle the wildlife trail around the island and discover the island's natural wonders through a series of information posts set along the trails.

The villa's eclectic and whimsical Rococo decor provides an upscale yet relaxed setting for group gatherings, from the grand conservatory with its breathtaking views and Steinway piano to the intimacy of the 12-seat luxury movie theater. The villa is one of the focal points of activity on the island due to its many facilities. This villa's accommodation includes a 2,300sqft (214sqm) master suite with viewing tower, private garden, dressing room, salon and spacious bathroom. The three 663sqft (62sqm) guest suites each have a private courtyard and terrace. Each of Over Yonder Cay's villas have satellite TV, a Kaleidescape entertainment library and Crestron control system, as well as wifi Internet and iPads.

A few steps from Whale Bone Beach, West Sands sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. Its beachside location is capitalized on with outdoor dining and lounging space, a fire pit, hot tub and floor- to-ceiling windows facing west. West Sands is 682sqft (58sqm) master suite features expansive ocean views and a wraparound balcony from which to take in the sunset. The 562sqft (52sqm) guest suite includes an independent lounging area and balcony. Downstairs, the villa's two 265sqft (25sqm) bedrooms share a Hollywood bathroom.

From its elevated position looking out over the Exuma Sound, East Cove sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. A modern-traditional decor is complemented by the villa's extensive poolside lounging. The villa's 546sqft (51sqm) and 413sqft (38sqm) suites lead to wraparound balconies with additional seating. The two 352sqft (33sqm) guest bedrooms have queen beds and single-sleeping lofts that are perfect for kids; they share a Hollywood bathroom.

Located on the southern tip of the island, South Point sleeps six guests in three rooms. Flanked by shallow waters teeming with aquatic life, the villa enjoys spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. Its lower floor features a games room to entertain kids and grown-ups alike. The villa's 550sqft (51sqm) master suite opens directly onto the wraparound balcony and hot tub, and the two 269sqft (25sqm) bedrooms share a bathroom.

Over Yonder Cay's culinary team uses only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality. We lean towards lighter international cuisine, making the most of the superb local seafood on our doorstep. However, all our guests are asked ahead of arrival of any culinary preferences to ensure their stay is as enjoyable as possible. All meals and drinks, including soft drinks, house wines, spirits and champagne, are included in the rental fee.

An extensive wine list is available upon request which includes a wide range of rare vintages*. Our chefs are wonderfully creative and responsive and can cater for special diets and are happy to procure any special requests not within our usual offering*. Whatever your mood, whatever you feel like, however lavish or simple, it will be authentic and delicious.
