2 bedrooms (both with king sized beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower (1 bathroom in suite with jacuzzi);
a Separate Room with laundry (washing machine, dryer machine, iron).
In the mezzanine upstairs, there is 1 independent room with 2 single beds + 1 double sofa bed outside this room, in the previous "passing" area.

The house has air conditioning, central heating, WiFi internet, HEOS music system and SMART TV.

Villa Can Dani has a large swimming pool, an outdoor terrace with sun loungers and a covered terrace with a large table and a chill-out area.
There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with an authentic Ibicenco oven and a barbecue.

The property also has a separate apartment of 75 m2 with a full kitchen + 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed, 1 with 2 single beds) + 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside (but inside the house property!): large space to park various cars.
