Villa Mima

Villa Mima (named after our lovely mum!) is an old stone house set within 10,000 square metres of private land with beautiful plants and herbs that belonged to our father who was born here and has been in the family for over 100 years.

Located 3-4 min drive (or a beautiful short stroll) from Kotor old town, it offers unparalleled & commanding panoramic views over the entire bay.

We have totally refurbished the interior & exterior of the house with everything you'd expect from a luxury Villa, but we have also tried to keep it's original form by restoring the original wooden beams and kept the old stone thick exterior walls, which ensure that the villa stays cool in summer, and warm in winter.

Outside is where Villa Mima really comes to life. We have built a private road to the property, where you instantly feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. We have built a 10 metre swimming pool and outdoor shower with uninterrupted views of the bay. There is also a bespoke pagoda covering the dining area on the upper stone terrace with lighting and shade for daytime and evening meals. In addition to this is an outdoor kitchen including a BBQ, sink, food prep area and stools. Fancy a game? We have darts, table tennis, badminton, boules and board games. Finally, we have just recently installed an outdoor cinema so you can curl up on the love seat with some popcorn and a glass of wine and enjoy your favourite film!
